EasyCare: Is the Nurse Call System functional, economic and easy to install

EasyCare is composed by a set of components for patient-nurse communication that allows the patient to be in contact with nurse control desk with hands-free communication at any moment, and always showing the alarm status with optical indication at the door light indicator and at the room terminal.
System General Operation
- Patient makes an assistance call by pushing the alarm button on the patient’s handset, on the room terminal or by pulling the cord from the Bathroom Pull-Cord Module. This action activates many simultaneous events in the room terminal to show to the staff that someone is requiring assistance.
- At the same time that the light door indicator is activated and shows that someone in the room requires assistance, a phone call is generated automatically to the control desk.
- From the control desk the call is answered and a hands free communication is established with the room. It is possible to cancel the alarm remotely from the control desk.
- When the care taker attend the request, can change to “presence” status or cancel the alarm from the room terminal.
- If the call is not answered, the system generates automatically a new call attempt after some time.
