ConnectCare: The most advanced solution in assistance management

ConnectCare is a flexible and modular integral management
system that allows to perform both, nurse call alarm management with
advanced notification as well as infrastructure control in the same
platform, being able, at same time, to be fully customized to the
requirements of the centre.
ConnectCare
is a flexible yet scalable solution based on software. It can count on
multiple and advanced systems for notification (consoles, DECT
messaging with receipt request, etc…), with no limits on
distance, simultaneous communications or number of devices.
It allows for technical alarms as well as monitoring and control of infrastructures to be integrated to the nurse call system.
Additionally, it allows for the integration of added value applications (CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, etc…)
Its modular architecture and the use of IP communication allow for
adapting the system to each specific solution providing specific
solutions on demand.
room terminals
The ConnectCare solution counts on a wide range of nurse call and event control Devices.
Fonet and CallNet Control TCP/IP (Room Terminal): Work as a local room
station for both, receiving as well as transmitting, the events,
warnings and alarms occurring in the room.
+ Fonet has a keyboard for advanced functionality. CallNet has just a callbutton.
+ It provides unattended intercommunication (do not require operation from the patient) by means of its hands free and automatic hung-off functionalities.
+ Up to 2 user handsets connection ports are available embedded in the terminal. Handsets can be with or without room lights control.
+ Data communication is done through LAN and voice communications
through PABX. There are WIFI and VoIP solutions available as well.
Includes an additional connector for room telephone set.
Buslogic. The "Heart" of Connectcare
BusLogic is the software that receives the events and manages its treatment according to how it has been set up previously.
It allows:
+ To configure the room terminals and the control boards, as well as each of the digital inputs and outputs existing in the system.
+ To send alarms notifications to Monitoring Consoles, Mobile phones, DECT devices, Pagers, TV sets.
+ To register all alarm events occurring in the system, in all its phases (generation, notification, attention and conclusion)
+ To configure automatic planned actions, for any digital output of the system.
Management and Notification of Alarms
The DECT notification with receipt request assures the quality of the attention and optimizes the productivity of the assistance personnel.
Connectia Solutions Factory has developed an exclusive driver that allows
for DECT messaging notification with receipt request and notification endorsement.
There must be at least one element for notification, be it a monitoring console, DECT system or a suitable combination of both.
MONITORING CONSOLE
The alarm panel allows to display, in a simple and fast way and also in real time, the produced incidences both, over panel or over blueprints. It allows easy access to detailed information on the alarm and also on its origin.
The monitoring console software can be installed on any PC or computer connected to the user LAN or to Internet, to allow it to communicate with the Buslogic server.
A type of special console is The Vidiwall, that allows to integrate assistance/technical alarms monitoring with visual monitoring through IP cameras in a LCD or plasma.
